We want you to be 100% happy with your NINA piece! If you don't love your order, you can easily make a return and get a full refund.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Our return address is in Portugal.

Once your order is delivered, you have up to 21 days to lodge your return at the post office/courier. 

Your return item must be in its original condition, without makeup stains or odour and must be neatly folded to preserve its integrity.

If possible, please return your packaging as well, including the protective transparent bag with barcode that your ROVE piece was stored in (even if it has been torn open).

REFUNDS

Once your return is delivered to our returns address, you will usually be refunded within 7 business days. At peak times the refund process might take up to 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email notification only once your order is refunded. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping add-ons and extras, such as express shipping, are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Our return address is in Portugal.
