We want you to love your Nina by Mili piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Return Window

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 21-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must be lodged within 21 days.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unworn
• Free of makeup stains or odour
• Neatly folded
• Returned with original packaging, including the protective transparent bag with barcode (if applicable)

Return Address

All returns must be sent to our returns address in Portugal.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs and optional add-ons (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.
