Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Return Window
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 21-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must be lodged within 21 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unworn
• Free of makeup stains or odour
• Neatly folded
• Returned with original packaging, including the protective transparent bag with barcode (if applicable)
